X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 Mechanical properties:
X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 Alloy properties:
After suitable solution treatment, the microstructure of this steel has an ideal duplex structure with a α/γ ratio of about 50/50. When the solution temperature is above 1050°C, the number of ferrite phases in the steel will increase with the increase of temperature, but due to the high nitrogen content, the phase ratio of steel below 1300°C will not change significantly
X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 Uses of alloys:
It is mainly used in oil and gas pipelines, tanks and tanks of offshore chemical carriers, towers, tanks, containers and heat exchangers in the chemical industry, petrochemical industry, oil refining industry and seawater environment, and can replace high-grade austenitic stainless steel and high-nickel corrosion-resistant alloys.
X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 Process performance:
Welding process: HuaNickel X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 steel can be welded by GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and SAW as well as PAW (plasma welding).
Heat treatment: The suitable heat treatment temperature of HuaNickel X2CrNiMoN25-7-4 steel is 1050~1120 °C, and there must be enough cooling rate after heat preservation to prevent equal precipitation between metals.
