X10CrNiAlTi32-21Alloy properties:
Corrosion resistance: especially in reducing and oxidizing media. It also has good resistance to chemicals such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and alkaline solutions at high temperatures.
Oxidation resistance: It has good oxidation resistance in high temperature environment, and can work for a long time at temperatures up to 1100°C.
Good toughness: It shows good toughness at low temperatures, and can still maintain its ductility and impact strength at -196°C.

It is widely used in the manufacture of heat treatment equipment, reactors and piping systems. Structural materials for equipment that requires corrosion resistance, heat resistance, high strength, and stability up to 1500°F (816°C). Alloy 800 is resistant to uniform corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in many aqueous solutions due to its nickel content. At higher temperatures, it provides resistance to oxidation, carburizing, and sulfurization, and has some crack and creep strength. For applications that require higher cracking resistance and creep. X10CrNiAlTi32-21Process performance:
Welding process: It is suitable for welding with the same material or other metals by any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding, molten pole inert gas shielded welding, of which pulse arc welding is the preferred solution.
Hot processing technology: temperature range 1200°C~950°C, cooling method is water quenching or rapid air cooling. For optimal performance and creep resistance, solution treatment is applied after thermal working.
