UNS R30605Uses of alloys:
HuaNickel UNS R30605 alloy is used in the manufacture of high-temperature components such as aero-engine guide vanes, turbine outer rings, outer walls, vortex and sealing flakes.
UNS R30605Process performance:
Welding process: UNS R30605 alloy can be welded, resistance welded and brazed. Fusion welding can be done manually or automatically with an inert gas arc weld with a small energy input and a tungsten electrode or HUNS R30605 wire as the electrode. Submerged arc welding is not recommended to avoid large grains and embrittlement. Welding should be carried out in a solution state, and it should be quickly cooled after welding, followed by annealing.
