HuaNickel UNS R30035 is a nickel-cobalt-based alloy with a unique combination of properties, including ultra-high strength, good toughness and ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, especially where extreme strength and corrosion resistance are required.

UNS R30035Alloy properties:

Corrosion Resistance: HuaNickel UNS R30035 alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and is resistant to sulfides, salt spray, most mineral acids, and other harsh environments. Especially in highly corrosive environments such as hydrogen sulfide and seawater, UNS R30035 performs well.

High-temperature performance: HuaNickel UNS R30035 alloy is able to maintain its properties at extreme temperatures and is not affected by high-temperature oxidation and hydrogen embrittlement. This makes the UNS R30035 suitable for applications such as energy that require high-temperature performance.

The alloy can be used in fasteners, springs, non-magnetic assemblies, and instrumentation components in medical, seawater, oil and gas well chemistry, and food processing process environments.

UNS R30035Process performance:

Welding process: UNS R30035 alloy has good welding performance. UNS R30035 can be joined by a variety of welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, arc, and TIG.

Heat treatment: UNS R30035 heat treatment mainly involves the preparation process of the alloy, including smelting, forging and heat treatment.
