The solid solution treatment state of this alloy is a supersaturated solid solution, and there will be intermetallic phases such as Ni₄Mo(β), Ni₃Mo(y), carbides such as Mo₆C and M₂C precipitated on the matrix and along the grain boundaries at medium temperature, which will have an adverse effect on the properties of this alloy.

HuaNickel UNS N10001 alloys can be used to produce plates, tubes (welded pipes), wires, strips, forgings and castings. The main use is resistance to hydrochloric acid corrosion. At the same time, the performance of moisture resistance HCl gas, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid resistance is also very good. Therefore, HuaNickel UNS N10001 alloy is mostly used in the manufacture of containers and linings resistant to the above media, pipes, tower slots, pumps, valves, etc. In addition, the cathode material for the manufacture of electron tubes made of ultra-thin strip and ultra-fine wire of 0Mo28Ni65Fe alloy has also achieved satisfactory results.
