UNS N07751Alloy properties:
Corrosion Resistance:HuaNickel UNS N07751 alloy exhibits excellent resistance to uniform corrosion, pitting, crevice, intergranular and stress corrosion in a variety of environments. This is due to the fact that a variety of alloying elements are solidified into the nickel matrix, which significantly improves its corrosion resistance.
Oxidation resistance: This alloy has good oxidation resistance and is able to resist oxidation.
High Temperature Resistance:HuaNickel UNS N07751 alloy has excellent high temperature resistance, and this alloy is able to maintain good strength and toughness in high temperature environments.
UNS N07751Uses of alloys:
It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear industry, heat treatment and boiler manufacturing and other fields.
UNS N07751Process performance:
Welding process: HuaNickel UNS N07751 can be joined by flash fusion welding process commonly used in valve manufacturing. The alloy can also be welded by inertia.
Heat treatment: Heat treatment is found to produce materials with the best combination of properties consistent with economy. More sophisticated burn-in treatments can be used to improve the specific properties required for specific applications
Manufacturing Process:
Hot working: Ferroalloy 751 has a thermal working range of 18002200 °F (9801205 °C). When the alloy temperature is below 1800°F (980°C), the alloy should be reheated to 2200°F (1205°C).
Machining: UNS N07751 is easy to machine under hot working conditions. The best procedure is that the machine is slightly oversized, precipitated for heat treatment, and then finished to size. During precipitation, a slight permanent contraction (about 0.0003 in/in) occurs. Precipitation-treated materials can be surface machined to fine surface treatment and tight tolerances, and have good dimensional stability.
