HuaNickel UNS N04405 is a nickel-copper alloy with good corrosion resistance, weldability and high strength. It exhibits good corrosion resistance in a variety of media, including seawater, high-temperature steam, salt, sulfate, alkaline solution, etc. At the same time, it is similar to the Monel 400 alloy, but with more sulfur added to the composition to improve its machinability. In addition, UNS N04405 is primarily used for automatic screw machining and is generally not recommended for other applications.
