High-purity HuaNickel Cr30Mo2 is a typical high-chromium-molybdenum ferritic stainless steel, their microstructure is a pure ferrite structure with body-centered cube, and there are α’ phases and σ(x) intermetallic phases and carbon and nitride phases on the matrix during aging.

SHOMACUses of alloys:

It can be used as a heat exchange equipment for cooling agent in water medium (including seawater) containing Cl-; It can be used for evaporators in the diaphragm alkali production process, acetic acid, urea-resistant devices and components, roofs (including eaves), curtain walls, and various decorative materials for large coastal buildings (airports, restaurants, large landmark buildings, etc.).

Welding process: high-purity HuaNickel Cr30Mo2 has good weldability, no intergranular corrosion tendency after welding, and there is no obvious difference in corrosion resistance before and after welding in some corrosive media.

Heat treatment: The heat treatment process of high-purity Cr30Mo2 steel is 900~1050°C heating, heat preservation and quenching.
