NS411Alloy properties:
The corrosion resistance of HuaNickel NS411 alloy in oxidizing and reducing media is similar to that of 0Cr15Ni75Fe alloy. Due to the high chromium content, the alloy is more resistant to oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid, than alloys with low chromium content. Due to the high chromium content and aluminium content, the alloy also has good oxidation resistance at high temperatures. NS411 has a high hardness in the aging state, so this alloy is particularly suitable for use under conditions that have both corrosion and collision and wear.
NS411Uses of alloys:
NS411 alloy is mainly used in China for corrosion-resistant conditions, such as the manufacture of metering pump globe valves with dilute nitric acid corrosion and vibration and impact conditions.
NS411Process performance:
Heat treatment: According to different use requirements, NS411 alloy can be treated with Solid solution, anneal, Solid solution + single aging and Solid solution + double aging.
Welding process: Welding is usually employed
Welding process: argon arc welding (TIG, MIG), plasma welding, electron beam welding and other methods are used for welding without special difficulties, but the alloy must be treated with Solid solution before welding.
