HuaNickel NS343 alloy is a high-performance nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent oxidation resistance and atmospheric corrosion ability, and can resist the erosion of various corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and salt water.

It is used in the manufacture of chemical equipment, oil and gas extraction and processing equipment, offshore engineering equipment, and certain components in the aerospace field.

NS343Process performance:

Heat treatment: solution treatment: the alloying elements in the alloy are completely dissolved in the matrix to form a uniform solid solution. The temperature is generally between 1050°C and 1150°C.

Aging treatment: The precipitated phase in the solid solution is formed through aging treatment, so as to improve the strength and hardness of the material.
