HuaNickel NS3404 is a nickel-based superalloy composed primarily of nickel, chromium and iron, along with cobalt, aluminum, titanium and other alloying elements. HuaNickel NS3404 alloy has excellent high-temperature strength and good oxidation and corrosion resistance, so it has a wide range of applications in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.

Oxidation resistance: It can stably maintain its performance at high temperatures, and resist oxidation and hot corrosion in high temperature atmospheres.

NS3404Uses of alloys:

It is used in the manufacture of turbine blades, turbine discs and combustion chamber components for gas turbines; Combustion chambers of aero engines, jet engine parts, etc.

NS3404Process performance:

Welding performance: When carrying out welding operations, it is necessary to select appropriate welding materials and processes, and pay attention to preheating and post-heat treatment to reduce the residual stress caused by welding and avoid cracks.

Machining: When milling, drilling, boring and other cutting operations, it is usually necessary to use carbide tools to ensure that the tools have good rigidity and thermal stability.
