NS314

HuaNickel NS314 is a nickel-based precipitation hardening directional solidification columnar crystal superalloy, which is a high-strength and heat-resistant alloy containing rhenium, and the temperature is below 1000°C. The alloy has good welding and casting process performance, and the main products are turbine blades and other high-temperature parts that work under corrosive conditions.

NS314Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel NS314 alloy is generally used in the manufacture of vessels, pipes, towers, tanks, etc. that are resistant to HNO₃, HNO₃+HF mixed acid.

NS314Process performance:

Welding process: 0Cr35Ni65Al and OCr50Ni50 are both high-chromium alloys that are weldable. The welding basis of NS314 is the same as that of 0Cr30Ni60Fe10, and MIG and TIG welding can be used.

Cold and hot processing and forming performance: HuaNickel NS314 alloy has good cold and hot processing performance, and can be processed between 1050~1200 °C. This performance is not significantly different from that of 0Cr30Ni60Fe.

Heat treatment: NS314 alloy solid solution treatment temperature is 1050~1150°C. 0Cr50Ni50 alloy is treated with Solid solution at 1050~1200°C.
