NS3105Alloy properties:
The solid state of this alloy is pure austenite structure. Due to the low solubility of carbon in this alloy (Figure 3-3-56). Therefore, there are often carbides such as Mz₃C₆, especially in the sensitized state (or after welding), and there will be a large amount of carbide precipitation, and sometimes carbonitrides. When titanium is present in the alloy, titanium nitride is also present. Due to the stable structure of this alloy, even after long-term heating at medium temperature for more than 12000h, there is no σ brittle phase precipitation.
NS3105Uses of alloys:
It is used in the manufacture of penetrating parts of pressurized water reactor pressure vessels and parts of control rod drive mechanisms.
NS3105Process performance:
Welding performance: The welding performance of HuaNickel NS3105 alloy is good. It can be used with 1Cr15Ni65Mn7Nb2 electrode and 1Cr20Ni67Mn3Nb2 wire for gas shielded welding.
Heat treatment: If used in the Solid solution treatment state, the heat treatment process of 00Cr30Ni60Fe1O alloy is 1000~1100 °C and then fast cooling.
