Corrosion resistance
All-round corrosion: HuaNickel NS3102 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in air, water and vapor media. In some weak acids, dilute oxidizing and reducing acids, the corrosion resistance is also very good.
Pitting: Due to its low chromium content and lack of molybdenum, HuaNickel NS3102 alloy cannot be used in pitting and pitting environments that are prone to pitting. V

Welding process: NS3102 alloy has good welding performance. It can be welded in the same and different materials using commonly used welding methods.
Heat treatment: In order to dissolve the carbides in the alloy to obtain the best Solid solution effect, the Solid solution Temperature of NS3102 alloy is generally 1093~1149°C.
