NS141Alloy properties:

High temperature strength: NS141 alloy has good high temperature strength and durability, and can still maintain good mechanical properties above 800 °C.

Corrosion resistance: NS141 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, especially for corrosion performance in acidic environments.

Fatigue resistance: NS141 alloy can still maintain good fatigue resistance under cyclic load, and is suitable for long-term dynamic stress occasions.

NS141Uses of alloys:

NS141 alloy is widely used in the chemical industry in the fields of acid production, alkali production, oxidation and reduction reactions, such as the production of chlor-alkali, sulfuric acid, ammonia, etc.

NS141Process performance:

Heat treatment: Common heat treatment methods include solution treatment, aging treatment, and quenching treatment. During the heat treatment process, care should be taken to control the temperature and time to ensure the ideal material properties.
