NiMo16Cr15WUses of alloys:
HuaNickel NiMo16Cr15W alloy is used in metallurgical plants to produce plates (including sheets and plates of medium and heavy plates), tubes, wires, strips, bars, as well as forgings and castings.
NiMo16Cr15WProcess performance:
Welding process: NiMo16Cr15W alloy has good welding properties and can be welded using common welding methods without special difficulties. TIG, MIG, and manual arc welding are the most commonly used. However, acetylene welding is not recommended when used for corrosion-resistant applications. In the welding process, it is necessary to prevent excessive heat input, and special attention should be paid to submerged arc welding.
Heat treatment: In the absence of special regulations and requirements, NiMo16Cr15W alloy is solution treated, i.e. quenched after heating at 1121°C. In this state, the NiMo16Cr15W alloy is optimal
