NiCr29FeAlloy properties:

Corrosion resistance: CNEL 690 has good corrosion resistance in a wide range of water environments and high temperature environments. Due to its high chromium content, the alloy is particularly resistant to oxidation conditions. NiCr29Fe is also very resistant to sulfur attacks at high temperatures.

Oxidation resistance: HuaNickel NiCr29Fe has good oxidation resistance and sulfidation in high-temperature gas environments. NiCr29Fe has good oxidation resistance to many oxidizing acids, and it is good for treating nitric oxide and nitric/hydrofluoric acid.

Stability: HuaNickel NiCr29Fe has a high degree of metallurgical stability and does not form embryonic phases under long-term exposure to high temperatures.

High Temperature Resistance: NiCr29Fe is widely used in critical parts of nuclear reactors such as evaporators and fuel element sheathing due to its excellent high temperature resistance.

NiCr29FeUses of alloys:

HuaNickel NiCr29Fe alloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. NiCr29Fe is widely used in the chemical, petroleum, coal chemical, nuclear and refining industries, especially in the manufacture of high-temperature reactors and heating equipment.

NiCr29FeProcess performance:

Welding process: NiCr29Fe has excellent weldability.

Fabrication: High Nickel NiCr29Fe is easily manufactured using conventional techniques for high nickel alloys. In most working operations, NiCr29Fe exhibits similar properties to Stone-Iron Alloy 600.

Heat treatment: NiCr29Fe should be clean before heating and should be heated in a low sulfur atmosphere. The open-heating furnace atmosphere should also be slightly reduced to prevent excessive oxidation of the material. HuaNickel NiCr29Fe is a solid solution alloy that cannot be hardened by heat treatment. The alloy is usually used in annealed conditions.
