Due to the high nickel content in HuaNickel NiCr23Fe15alloy, it is also very resistant to stress corrosion of chlorides and hydroxides.
NiCr23Fe15Uses of alloys:
Therefore, it is mainly used in heating equipment, chemical industry, environmental pollution control, aviation, aerospace and power industry. For example, the manufacture of heat treatment equipment and components such as annealing, carburizing, and nitriding.
NiCr23Fe15Process performance:
Hot and cold working and forming properties:HuaNickel NiCr23Fe15alloy has good cold and hot working properties. The suitable deformation temperature for hot working is 870~1230°C.
Heat treatment: The heat treatment process of HuaNickel NiCr23Fe15alloy is about 1100~1150 °C, and then quenching after heating.
