NiCr20CuMoAlloy properties:
Corrosion Resistance: HuaNickel NiCr20CuMo exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid, chloride, phosphoric acid and nitric acid. This makes it very popular in the chemical, petrochemical, marine engineering, and other fields for the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, valves, etc.
High-temperature performance: The alloy is able to withstand temperatures up to 760-1175°C, which makes it suitable for high-temperature applications such as aerospace, power, and metallurgy. Especially in equipment that requires prolonged exposure to high temperatures, NiCr20CuMo provides consistent performance.
Oxidation resistance: HuaNickel NiCr20CuMo not only has good mechanical strength, but also effectively resists the oxidation process, thus extending its service life.
NiCr20CuMoUses of alloys:
It is mainly used in chemicals, petroleum, solvents, explosives, inorganic and organic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and synthetic materials. Nichrome 020 is manufactured in the production of mixing tanks, heat exchangers, process piping, pickling equipment, pumps, valves, fasteners and fittings.
NiCr20CuMoProcess performance:
Welding process: NiCr20CuMo alloy can be welded with the same material or other metals by traditional welding processes, such as tungsten electrode inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding.
Heat Treatment Process: The thermoforming range should be in the range of 1400-2150°F (760-1175°C). Nickel alloy alloy 020 is usually used under annealed conditions.
