NiCr15Fe7TiAlAlloy properties:
Corrosion resistance: The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and is resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
High Temperature Strength and Heat Resistance:HuaNickel NiCr15Fe7TiAlretains good mechanical properties in high temperature environments.
Oxidation resistance: HuaNickel NiCr15Fe7TiAlhas good oxidation resistance and can form a dense oxide protective layer at high temperatures, which improves the corrosion resistance of the material.
NiCr15Fe7TiAlUses of alloys:
NiCr15Fe7TiAlalloy is widely used in the energy industry, chemical industry and aerospace industries, such as aerospace turbine engines, combustion chambers and other high-temperature components.
NiCr15Fe7TiAlProcess performance:
Welding process: In automatic welding, it is necessary to adjust the welding current, arc voltage, welding speed, argon flow, welding wire diameter and wire feeding speed and other parameters to reduce porosity and slag inclusion, ensure single-sided welding and double-sided forming and improve welding quality. Argon gas is used as a shielding gas to protect the weld metal and the tungsten electrode molten pool from oxidation by air in the arc heating area.
Machining: NiCr15Fe7TiAlalloy is very easy to machine in the hot working state and is suitable for machining to slightly oversized scales. In addition, the physical, mechanical, and corrosion resistance of the alloy is essentially the same as that of NiCr15Fe7TiAl.
