Inconel 693Alloy properties:

Corrosion resistance:HuaNickel Inconel 693 has good corrosion resistance, especially in chemical and petrochemical environments. Its high chromium content makes it excellent in a wide range of corrosive environments.

High Temperature Strength:HuaNickel Inconel 693 alloy exhibits excellent breaking strength at higher temperatures. This alloy has excellent high-temperature properties, which allows it to work in temperature conditions.

Thermal Stability: HuaNickel Inconel 693 exhibits excellent thermal stability and creep rupture strength at high temperatures. It can be used in high-temperature waste and biomass incinerators over 700°C and is resistant to fuel ash corrosion, chlorination and sulfation, which can cause conventional materials to fail quickly

Inconel 693Uses of alloys:

Due to its excellent performance and corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments, Inconel 693 alloy has a wide range of applications in aerospace, high-temperature waste treatment, electromagnetics, petrochemical processing, and high-temperature fuel cell development.

In the aerospace sector, Inconel 693 alloy is widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature components such as turbine blades, gas turbine components and jet engine components.

There are also important applications in the petrochemical processing industry, especially in equipment for the production of synthetic natural gas, ammonia, methanol and hydrogen, such as thermowells, thermocouple liners, tube casings, baffles and valve assemblies.

Inconel 693Process performance:

Welding Process:HuaNickel Inconel 693 alloy exhibits good weldability to both mated and dissimilar joints. Components of alloy 693 are best welded in an annealed state. Argon arc welding (GTAW or TIG) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW or MIG) are the most commonly used processes.

Heat Treatment:HuaNickel Inconel 693 alloy is a solution single-phase alloy. The annealing of Alloy 693 is accomplished by heating to 1850° to 1950°F (1010° to 1066°C) and maintaining the desired amount of time associated with its cross-sectional thickness, followed by rapid cooling in air or water.

Manufacturing: Inconel693 alloy can be molded using existing technologies.

Cutting: During the process, it should be noted that due to the high chromium content of Inconel 693, it may generate a large amount of heat during cutting, so it is recommended to use coolant to reduce the temperature and prevent cutting problems caused by overheating of the material.
