Inconel 600Alloy properties:
Corrosion Resistance : The composition of Inconel 600 makes it resistant to all kinds of corrosion. The chromium content of the alloy makes it more practical than pure nickel in oxidizing environments, and the high nickel content makes it quite resistant to being kept in a reduced environment. The nickel content also provides excellent resistance to alkali solutions. The alloy has quite good corrosion resistance in strong oxidizing acids. However, the oxidation effect of dissolved air alone is not sufficient to guarantee complete passivation and protection from the attack of mineral acids containing saturated air and organic acids of a certain concentration
High temperature resistance: HuaNickelInconel 600 is able to withstand extreme high temperature environments, and its high temperature resistance allows it to maintain good mechanical properties below 700°C.
Oxidation resistance: HuaNickelInconel 600 alloy has good oxidation resistance, which can effectively prevent oxidative corrosion of materials at high temperatures.
Inconel 600Uses of alloys:
Nuclear power plants, heat exchangers, evaporation tanks for various chemical industries, equipment for acid and alkali industry, heat treatment furnace parts, burner parts, and other components for use in high-temperature environments.HuaNickel Inconel 600 alloy is used in the aerospace industry to make high-temperature components for aircraft engines.
Nickel200Process performance:
Welding process: NCONEL 600 alloy can be easily joined using existing welding processes. The welding consumables used for alloy 600 connections are INCONEL 182 electrode for arc welding, INCONEL 82 wire for TIG and gas shielded welding, INCONEL 82 wire for submerged arc welding and INCOFLUX 4 flux-cored wire for submerged arc welding.
Heat treatment process: The behavior of the alloy during the heating process is determined by a series of varying interactions: cold work amount, grain size, chemical composition and material size. Therefore, the time and temperature of heat treatment are usually determined by experiments.
