Incoloy 27-7MoAlloy properties:
Corrosion resistance: The molybdenum content in the HuaNickel 27-7Mo alloy gives it the ability to resist reducing acids, while the chromium content of the alloy results in resistance to oxidizing acids.
Hot workability: Incoloy 27-7Mo alloy can be easily machined, formed, and joined using conventional equipment, techniques, and products. Forming can be in either a cold or hot state.
Incoloy 27-7MoUses of alloys:
HuaNickel Incoloy 27-7Mo is also widely used in environmental protection, power and other fields, especially in the case of corrosion-resistant materials. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, this alloy is commonly used in the manufacture of equipment that handles contaminants, such as filters and reactors.
Incoloy 27-7MoProcess performance:
Welding processes: such as tungsten gas arc welding (GTAW), gas shielded metal arc welding (GMAW), manual arc welding (SMAW), submerged arc welding (SAW) and plasma arc welding (PAW).
Machinability: The machinability of 27-7Mo alloy is similar to that of other austenitic alloys. The product can be easily processed in the annealed state.
