Incoloy A286

HuaNickel Incoloy A286 alloy is an alloy material with high high temperature strength and high temperature oxidation resistance. It has high yield strength and long-lasting, creep strength below 650°C, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. A286 is an iron-based nickel-chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum and titanium to enhance its properties, and is also widely used in automotive engines, nuclear industry, chemical industry, energy, medical and metallurgical fields.

Incoloy A286Alloy properties：

After long-term aging at 650°C, the G phase and the cellular η phase were precipitated at the grain boundary, and the η phase showed Wechsler structure after 6000 h. When the alloy composition exceeds the specifications of the technical standard or some processes are not in place, an excess of η, G and σ phases can occur, and an abnormal cellular γ phase appears.
