Incoloy 25-6MoAlloy properties:
Corrosion Resistance:HuaNickel Incoloy 25-6Mo alloy is an all-austenitic alloy with excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. This aspect of performance is typically expressed in terms of critical pitting temperature (CPT), critical crevice corrosion temperature (CCT), and pitting equivalent coefficient (PREN). Incoloy 25-6Mo has excellent corrosion resistance, even in strong acid environments.
High temperature resistance: The presence of nickel allows the material to maintain structural stability and tensile strength at high temperatures, making it suitable for use in high-temperature industrial environments.
Good mechanical properties: high strength, good toughness and strong adaptability.
Incoloy 25-6MoUses of alloys:
Incoloy 25-6Mo is a superalloy with extremely high corrosion resistance to a wide range of media, a characteristic that makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Incoloy 25-6MoProcess performance:
Welding process: Incoloy 25-6Mo alloy can be easily welded using existing technologies, such as GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW and PAW. The corrosion test after welding showed that the corrosion resistance of the 6% alloy was reduced after self-fusing welding or matching wire welding.
Machining: The machinability of Incoloy 25-6Mo is similar to that of other austenitic alloys. The Incoloy 25-6Mo alloy should be cut at a lower speed compared to stainless steel, while a more rigid tool should be used with suitable cooling and lubricants.
