HuaNickel H08800 (NS1101) corrosion-resistant alloy is a high-performance alloy material, whose chemical composition is mainly composed of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) and silicon (Si) and other elements. It has good corrosion resistance, especially for etching and oxidation in acidic media and high-temperature environments. In addition, H08800 (NS1101) corrosion-resistant alloy also has physical properties such as high strength, high temperature strength, good ductility and weldability. H08800Process performance:

Hot working: HuaNickel H08800 has good thermal working performance, hot working temperature is 900~1200, hot bending forming is 1000~1150 degrees, Shanghai Yuanding reminds that in order to reduce the intergranular corrosion tendency of the alloy, it should pass through the sensitization zone of 540~760 degrees as quickly as possible.

Heat treatment: The heat treatment temperature is 920~980, and the solution temperature is 1150~1205Relevant standards:
