Machinability: H08022 (NS1403) has good machinability, and can be formed and processed by forging, heat treatment, cold working, etc.

H08022Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel H08022 (NS1403) corrosion resistant alloy has a wide range of applications in many fields. For example, it can be used in hydrometallurgy, chemical equipment, marine engineering, nuclear industry and other fields.

H08022Process performance:

Welding process: tungsten gas shielded welding (TIG), metal gas shielded welding (MIG), submerged arc welding (SAW) can be used.

Heat treatment: Hot forging materials need to be heated to 2100°F-2250°F, and the temperature should be carefully controlled to ensure that the temperature does not fall below 1800°F before forging. After the thermal processing is complete, the material is heated to 1725°F-1850°F for annealing with an annealing time of 30 minutes/thickness (inch) and then water quenched.
