H06985Process performance:
Heat treatment: solution treatment: the alloying elements in the alloy are completely dissolved in the matrix to form a uniform solid solution. The temperature is generally between 1050°C and 1150°C.
Aging treatment: The precipitated phase in the solid solution is formed through aging treatment, so as to improve the strength and hardness of the material.
