HuaNickel H06600 is the largest amount of nickel-chromium alloy, from the late 50s to the early 60s of the 20th century, this alloy as a second-generation stress corrosion resistant material, instead of 18-8 type Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel is widely used in nuclear reactor evaporators. It has both corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance, and is easy to process and weld.

Corrosion resistance

All-round corrosion: H06600 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in air, water and vapor media. In some weak acids, dilute oxidizing and reducing acids, the corrosion resistance is also very good.

Pitting: Due to its low chromium content and lack of molybdenum, HuaNickel H06600 alloy cannot be used in pitting and pitting environments that are prone to pitting. V

H06600Uses of alloys:

This alloy has the comprehensive properties of strength and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in chemical, petrochemical and other industries. For example, it is used in the manufacture of heaters, heat exchangers, evaporators, distillation kettles, distillation columns, condensers for fatty acid treatment, and equipment for processing rosin pavilion acid.

H06600Process performance:

Welding process: H06600 alloy has good welding performance. It can be welded in the same and different materials using commonly used welding methods.

Heat treatment: In order to dissolve the carbides in the alloy to obtain the best Solid solution effect, the Solid solution Temperature of H06600 alloy is generally 1093~1149°C.
