Process performance:
Welding performance: Commonly used welding methods include TIG (argon arc welding), MIG (gas shielded welding) and other high-temperature welding methods. These welding methods ensure the quality and performance of welded joints.
Heat treatment: solution treatment: usually between 1150 °C and 1250 °C, the purpose is to dissolve the alloying elements in the alloy uniformly to improve strength and corrosion resistance.
Ageing: between 700°C and 850°C to improve the hardness and strength of the alloy.
