H03204Alloy properties:
H03204 alloy is able to maintain stable performance under a wide range of harsh environmental conditions. The thermal stability of H03204 alloy is significantly improved, which overcomes the brittle crack tendency during processing and manufacturing, and improves the resistance to intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion.
H03204Uses of alloys:
It has a wide range of applications in the fields of chemistry, petrochemical, energy manufacturing and pollution control, especially in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and other industries with strict welding requirements.
H03204Process performance:
Welding performance: NS3204 has good forming and welding properties.
Heat Treatment: NS3204 is supplied in solution annealed condition. The annealing temperature is 1065°C, and it is quickly quenched after heat preservation. The bright annealing temperature of the sheets and wires in rolls is 1150°C and the cooling method is hydrogen-cooled.
