H03101 Alloy properties:

H03101 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.

In a high-temperature oxidizing environment, HuaNickel H03101 alloy can form a dense oxide protective layer to provide effective oxidation resistance.

The alloy has excellent resistance to thermal expansion and can maintain stable physical and chemical properties in high temperature and high pressure environments.

H03101 Uses of alloys:

It is widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature parts such as engine components, combustion chambers, turbine discs, jet engine blades and guides. Manufacture of high-temperature stoves, pipelines and reactors in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

H03101 Process performance:

Welding process: Commonly used welding methods include gas shielded welding, arc welding, laser welding, etc.

Heat treatment: Heat treatment is the high-temperature annealing or solution treatment of H03101 alloy to adjust its microstructure and properties. Heat treatment includes solid solution treatment and aging treatment, which can improve the strength and heat resistance of the alloy.
