H01401Alloy properties:

High temperature strength: H01401 alloy has good high temperature strength and durability, and can still maintain good mechanical properties above 800 °C.

Corrosion resistance: H01401 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, especially for corrosion performance in acidic environments.

Fatigue resistance: HuaNickel H01401 alloy can still maintain good fatigue resistance under cyclic load, and is suitable for long-term dynamic stress occasions.

H01401Uses of alloys:

H01401 alloy is widely used in the chemical industry in the fields of acid production, alkali production, oxidation and reduction reactions, such as the production of chlor-alkali, sulfuric acid, ammonia, etc.

H01401Process performance:

Heat treatment: Common heat treatment methods include solution treatment, aging treatment, and quenching treatment. During the heat treatment process, care should be taken to control the temperature and time to ensure the ideal material properties.
