GH99 Alloy properties:
Large-scale sheet structural parts made of this alloy can be used directly after solution treatment without ageing. No harmful phase was found after long-term aging of the alloy at 700°C~950°C.
GH99 Uses of alloys:
GH99 alloy has a wide range of applications in aerospace, petrochemical, energy and other fields.
GH99 Process performance:
Welding process:HuaNickel GH99 alloy can be used for argon arc welding and seam welding. Cross lap welding has a crack tendency of < 15% and can be joined by manual TIG welding, automatic tungsten TIG welding, seam welding and spot welding. The surface to be welded by resistance welding must be pickled.
Heat treatment: The surface oil and other dirt should be cleaned before heat treatment, so as to avoid local corrosion of the surface during heat treatment. After heat treatment, the surface of the iron oxide scale can be cleaned by sand blowing method or with pickling solution containing hydrofluoric acid.
