HuaNickel GH93 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy with a long-term service temperature of less than 750°C and a short-term service temperature of up to 800°C. The alloy has high high-temperature strength, high high-temperature durability, creep strength and fatigue resistance, stable structure and good comprehensive properties. The alloy has good hot-working plasticity and welding properties. It is suitable for making turbine blades of aero engines, turbine discs and fasteners for small engines, and the main products are plates, bars and forgings.

GH93 Alloy properties:

Alloy forgings are notnotnot-notch-sensitive under both 650°C and 750°C long-lasting test conditions. After the alloy has been aged for a long time at 800°C, the M₂₃C₆ type carbide part on the grain boundary is a continuous film.

GH93 Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel GH93 alloy is widely used in oil refining, chemical industry, aerospace, nuclear energy and other fields in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive mixed gas environment.

GH93 Process performance:

Welding process: The plate can be connected by argon arc welding. If solution welding is adopted, the stress should be relieved and aging treatment should be carried out subsequently.

The heat-treated turbine disc blank can be solution treated first, machined and then aged under the protection of argon. It is also possible to machine the cake blank after it has been completely heat treated. During heat treatment, the blank should be placed in a single layer in the furnace average temperature zone to slowly heat up, and then dispersed and cooled after being released from the furnace.
