HuaNickel GH903 alloy is a high-strength, high-hardness nickel-based alloy, mainly composed of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and other elements, with good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The alloy has high strength, good resistance to cold and heat fatigue, welding performance and resistance to high-pressure hydrogen embrittlement. The alloy is an ideal material for engine clearance control technology, which can improve engine efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.

GH903Alloy properties:

Antioxidant performance: It has excellent antioxidation performance at high temperature (usually more than 700°C), which can effectively resist the erosion of oxides in the air on the surface of the material and prolong its service life.

High temperature corrosion resistance: Under high temperature and high pressure, HuaNickel GH903alloy can resist the erosion of hot gas, water vapor and other corrosive media, so it is especially suitable for the manufacture of gas turbines and aero engines and other components.

Sulfur oxide resistance: For the environment of sulfur-containing fuels, HuaNickel GH903alloy also shows good corrosion resistance, which can resist sulfide corrosion and maintain the stability and reliability of the material.

Chemical corrosion resistance: GH903alloy also has good corrosion resistance in general chemical media, and can resist the erosion of common acid-alkali solutions and salt water.
