GH90 Alloy properties:
GH90 alloy has good oxidation and corrosion resistance below 1040°C, and is prone to intergranular oxidation above 1040°C.
GH90 superalloy has excellent high-temperature strength, can withstand high loads at high temperatures, and is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature components.
GH90 Uses of alloys:
GH90 alloy is used to make high-temperature spring elements, high-temperature fasteners, combustion chamber clamps and stop pins and other parts of aero engines.
H4090 Process performance:
Welding process:HuaNickel GH90 alloy can be used for inert gas shielded tungsten arc welding and flash butt welding in the solid solution state.
Cutting: GH90 alloy has good machinability in the state of solution treatment, and is processed slowly by using hard tools according to the specified feed amount after aging treatment.
