GH761 Alloy properties:
GH761 alloy has good resistance to gas corrosion below 900°C and stress corrosion resistance in gas atmosphere. After (650~700)°C×2000h aging, the new phase is not precipitated; A small amount of Laves phase precipitation was precipitated after 750°C × 2000h aging.
GH761 Uses of alloys:
GH761 alloy is used to make aero engine turbine discs, compressor discs, drums, turbine casings, grate rings, rectifier blades, precision bolts and other parts.
GH761 Process performance:
Welding process:HuaNickel GH761 alloy can be used for argon arc welding and electron beam welding. TIG welding is carried out in a solid solution state, and aging treatment is carried out after welding.
Cutting process: HuaNickel GH761 alloy has good cutting machinability, and can be used for various cutting processes in the standard heat treatment state.
