GH742 Uses of alloys:
HuaNickel GH742 alloy has been widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature load-bearing parts for aviation and aerospace engines, as well as marine gas turbines, such as high-pressure compressor discs, turbine discs, sealing grate tooth discs, load-bearing rings and fasteners.
GH742 Process performance:
The heat treatment system of parts is: (1090~1120)°C×8h/AC (or compressed air blowing cooling)+850±10°C×(4~8)h/AC+780℃±10℃×10h/AC。
