GH698 alloy is widely used in the manufacture of important load-bearing parts such as turbine discs, compressor discs, deflectors, and load-bearing rings of aero engines.
GH698 Process performance:
Heat treatment:HuaNickel GH698 superalloy adopts the heat treatment system of solid solution + aging, and the alloying elements are fully dissolved by controlling the heating temperature and time to achieve the best strengthening effect. In the process of heat treatment, the heating rate and cooling rate should be strictly controlled to avoid cracks, deformation and other phenomena.
