HuaNickel GH696 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based precipitation-strengthened deformed superalloy with a long-term service temperature below 650°C and a short-term service temperature of up to 750°C. The alloy has high yield strength, durability and creep strength, as well as good high-temperature Resilient performance, gas corrosion resistance and processing plasticity. It is suitable for the manufacture of turbine and compressor fasteners, discs and working blades, turbine housings, ring parts (including connecting rings), and cylindrical coil springs working at 400°C~650°C for a long time below 650°C.

GH696 Alloy properties:

GH696 alloy has satisfactory oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance below 700°C. The alloy has satisfactory corrosion resistance in all-weather conditions. When the alloy is aged at 800°C for a long time, a large number of rod-like Laves phases are precipitated from the grain boundaries and grains, which significantly reduces the strength and toughness.

Oxidation resistance: The alloy has satisfactory oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance below 700°C

Corrosion resistance: The alloy has satisfactory hot corrosion resistance under all-weather conditions

GH696 Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel GH696 alloy is widely used in the manufacture of various high-temperature parts of aero engines, and has long-term and reliable use experience. The alloy is used to make a wide range of parts such as quick-release rings, fasteners, springs, fittings, mounts and brackets on a variety of engines.

GH696 Process performance:

Welding process: The alloy has satisfactory welding performance, and can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding, and seam welding.

Heat treatment: The choice of heat treatment depends on the working conditions of the part, the higher the working temperature of the part, the higher the quenching temperature.

Cutting process: The alloy has good cutting performance.
