GH600 Alloy properties:
Corrosion resistance: HuaNickel GH600 alloy has good corrosion resistance in fresh water and flowing seawater, and corrosion spots may occur in still seawater. High corrosion resistance to various exhaust gases, alkaline solutions and most organic acids and compounds. It is not easy to produce stress corrosion cracks of chloride ions, but it is easy to produce stress corrosion cracks under the conditions of high concentration of caustic alkali or high-temperature mercury.
GH600 Uses of alloys:
Alloys can be used to make rocket engine nozzle extensions, aero engine high-pressure compressors, static inner and outer rings, high-pressure guide blade orifice, sealing sheets, etc. And in the petrochemical, nuclear reactor, chemical food equipment and electronic components and other fields used in the production of exhaust pipes, carburizing containers, heat treatment equipment rollers, springs, heat exchanger pipes, reactor control rods and pipes and other parts.
GH600 Process performance:
Welding process: the alloy welding performance is good, can be connected by various methods such as arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding and brazing, and large or complex welded structural parts should be annealed at 870 °C for 1h after fusion welding to eliminate welding stress.
Heat treatment: The parts are carried out according to the standard heat treatment system of the corresponding varieties. The annealing of sheet and strip parts should be carried out in a protective atmosphere. Heating and annealing should be carried out in a weakly reducing NOT sulfur atmosphere. The content of hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the reducing atmosphere is at least 2%, and bright annealing should be carried out in dry argon.
