GH536 Alloy properties:
The cooling rate in the quenching process of HuaNickel GH536 alloy is one of the important factors affecting the alloy process, and the rapid cooling can control the precipitation of grain boundary brittle carbide films. When the solution temperature of the alloy is higher than 1175°C, it is also easy to form carbide film at the grain boundary. After long-term aging, the alloy shows a certain degree of age hardening, which reduces the plasticity and high-temperature strength.

GH536 Process performance:
Welding performance: The alloy has good welding process performance, and can be welded by argon arc welding, seam welding and spot welding. HGH536 or HGH3113 wire is recommended for TIG welding.
