HuaNickel GH4698 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy with a service temperature of 750°C~800°C. The alloy is developed on the basis of GH4033 alloy, compared with GH4033 alloy, the aluminum and titanium content is increased, niobium and molybdenum are added, and the chromium content is reduced. The alloy has high lasting strength and tensile strength, good plasticity and comprehensive properties in the range of 550°C~800°C, and long-term structural stability. It is suitable for making long-life heavy-bearing parts such as engine turbine discs and compressor discs.

GH4698 Alloy properties:

After long-term aging at 650°C~750°C, 100h~1000h, GH4698 alloy has stable structure and properties, and not harmful phase precipitation.

GH4698 Uses of alloys:

GH4698 alloy is widely used in the manufacture of important load-bearing parts such as turbine discs, compressor discs, deflectors, and load-bearing rings of aero engines.

GH4698 Process performance:

Heat treatment: HuaNickel GH4698 superalloy adopts the heat treatment system of solid solution + aging, and the alloying elements are fully dissolved by controlling the heating temperature and time to achieve the best strengthening effect. In the process of heat treatment, the heating rate and cooling rate should be strictly controlled to avoid cracks, deformation and other phenomena.
