GH4163 Alloy properties:
The parts must be welded in a solution state, and can be welded by spot welding, seam welding and argon arc welding. In the long-term aging of high temperature or long-term stress aging, there is η phase precipitation.
GH4163 Uses of alloys:
HuaNickel GH4163 alloy is used to make aero engine flame cylinders, afterburner cylinders, mounting edges, mounts and pipe fittings.
GH4163 Process performance:
Welding process: The alloy has satisfactory welding process performance, and can be welded by spot welding, seam welding and argon arc welding.
Heat treatment: Surface oxide scale after solution treatment and intermediate annealing is chemically eliminated. The assembly generally does not remove the oxide scale after aging. The parts are not allowed to be chemically removed from the oxide scale after ageing.
Cutting: The alloy can be cut satisfactorily.
