GH4105 Alloy properties:

The deformation resistance of the alloy is large, and cracking during forging and rolling should be prevented, and the suitable drawing temperature for cold-drawn bars is about 600°C.

Corrosion resistance: GH4105 alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of environments, including acidic, alkaline, oxidizing environments, and environments containing hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen chloride.

Weldability: In the high temperature environment of 1050°C, the weldability of HuaNickel GH4105 alloy is better than that of other similar alloys, and stable and firm welded joints can be obtained by conventional TIG or MIG welding process.

GH4105 Uses of alloys:

It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, energy and other fields. It is suitable for the manufacture of high-temperature parts such as aero engine turbine blades and high-temperature bolts.

GH4105 Process performance:

Welding process: GH4105 alloy welding heat affected zone is prone to microcracks, and tungsten inert gas shielded welding and metal electrode inert gas shielded welding are not suitable for welding. Flash butt welding and brazing in vacuum, liquefied hydrogen medium or inert gas (no more than 1150 °C) is better.

Heat treatment: The heat treatment of GH4105 alloy parts is the same as the standard heat treatment system of each variety. For the local work hardening of the blade in the manufacturing process after solution (before aging), argon or hydrogen protective surface annealing should be carried out according to the specified requirements, and the annealing temperature is 1020 °C ~ 1040 °C.
