GH39Alloy properties:
GH39alloy supply state sheet has good hot working process plasticity and good stamping properties. It can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding or seam welding, etc., and its welding performance is excellent, and the crack tendency of argon arc welding is small. The welding characteristics are close to that of GH3030 alloy. It can be welded in combination with alloys such as GH1140, HuaNickel GH3030 and GH3044. There is no precipitation of harmful phase in the alloy, the microstructure stability is good, and when working at high temperature for a long time, there is a tendency to oxidize along the grain boundary.
GH39Uses of alloys:
GH39alloy is used to make aero engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts.
GH39Process performance:
Welding process: The alloy can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding or seam welding, which has excellent welding performance and small crack tendency of argon arc welding.
Plasticity of hot working process: HuaNickel GH39alloy has good plasticity of hot working process and good deformation performance. The heating temperature for forging is 1170°C, and the final forging is 900°C.
Heat treatment: After heat treatment, the oxide scale on the surface of the part can be removed by sand blowing or pickling.
