GH3652 alloy has a tendency to crack under the condition of alternating cold and hot above 800°C.
GH3652 Uses of alloys:
GH3652 alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts (such as nozzle covers, box sleeves, diffusers and heat shields, etc.).
GH3652 Process performance:
Welding process: Common welding methods include TIG welding, arc welding, and electron beam welding. During the welding process, suitable shielding gases and welding materials are used, along with appropriate post-heat treatment, to reduce embrittlement of the heat-affected area caused by welding.
Cutting: GH3652 GH3652 alloy has good machinability and can be turned, drilled, milled and grinded.
