GH36 Alloy properties:
GH36 alloy is in the superalloy series, which has a large output and is widely used. The alloy has a high coefficient of linear expansion, poor oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, especially in the salt spray atmosphere and normal temperature and high temperature cycles, which can lead to the reduction of low-cycle fatigue performance. The alloy has a notched long-lasting sensitivity at 600°C~650°C.
GH36 Uses of alloys:
HuaNickel GH36 alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero engine turbine discs, bearing rings and fasteners and other parts; Alloys can also be used to make turbo turbine blades and other high-temperature components for diesel engines, steam turbines.

Heat treatment process of parts: The heat treatment system of medium-sized turbine disc and bearing ring is 1140°C±10°C×80min/WQ+660°C±10°C×16h, and then the temperature is raised to (770~800)°C×16h/AC. When the w(C) in the alloy is ≤ 0.36%, the second stage aging is carried out at 770°C~780°C; When w(C) >0.36%, the second stage aging is carried out at 790°C~800°C.
