GH33AAlloy properties:
After the long-term aging of the alloy above 700°C, the η phase is precipitated on the grain boundary, and the number of phases in the grain boundary and intragranular increases significantly after 3000h, and a large cellular population of η phase appears. The durability of the alloy above 700°C is low and notch-sensitive.

HuaNickel GH33Aalloy has been used in the manufacture of many types of aero engine turbine disks and bearing rings and other important components, and is also used in the manufacture of high-temperature bolts and tie rods for aircraft engines and industrial steam turbines.
GH33AProcess performance:
Cutting and grinding performance: when turning, using YA6 or YW2 tool rough turning, turning GH33Aand GH4133B turbine disc and turning GH4033 turbine disc comparison, the turning speed is reduced by about double, and the tool wear is faster;
Drilling, reaming, milling using W18Cr4V cutter, processing GH33Aand GH4133B turbine disc and processing GH4033 turbine disc compared with the processing of GH4033 turbine disk, the turning speed is reduced by about double, the number of grinding processing is reduced by 1~2 times;
The broaching speed of the broaching GH4033 turbine disc is (3~4)m/min, while the broaching speed of the broaching GH33Aand GH4133B turbine disc can only be less than 1.5m/min, and the durability of the broach is reduced by 2~3 times.
